The Exhibition component of the conference provides an opportunity for all industry orientated companies and organizations to promote their services and products.

Exhibition Stand Cost

The standard exhibition stand package is based upon the following configuration:

  • Exhibition walls, based on a 3x3 meter (9m²) configuration
  • Fascia board – color to be standard and co-ordinated with event branding
  • Company name on fascia (no logo, an average of 20 letters)
  • 15 amp power point, with a shared DB Board
  • 1 x double fluorescent light
  • 1 x complementary table and 2 chairs
  • Receive one complimentary full delegate pass which includes access to all sessions, lunches, teas and social functions

The 3m x 3m indoor stand will cost R12 000.00 exclusive of VAT. 

All exhibition space will be sold on a first come first served basis so don’t delay, book your stand early as not to miss out on this fantastic opportunity to showcase you product or service.

Outdoor Exhibition space

Outdoor exhibition space is available outside the convention centre entrance at a cost of R28,500.00 including VAT. Please complete the reply form.

Cancellation Clause

In the event of cancellation before 1 June 2010 a service fee of 50% applies. No refunds will be considered for cancellations made after this date. After an exhibition stand has been confirmed and accepted, a reduction in exhibition space is considered a cancellation and will be governed by the above cancellation policy.
